Paula Leppert, President of PSLI Personal Touch Bank Training brings you over 23 years of hands on Bank and Financial Training Experience. Her first 11 years in banking started in 1982 and went through 1993, where at Mellon Bank she worked in the following positions:
  • Part Time Drive-In Teller

  • Full Time Teller

  • Entry Level, Middle Level then Senior Level Customer Service Representative

  • Teller Supervisor

  • Sales Specialist- involved in a Pilot Program for bank referrals. This position was the catalyst for the next 12 years of growth.

In the past 12 years Paula held the following positions:

  • Marketing Representative: Paula sold annuities to Mellon Bank Customers in a 60 branch territory through a third party, Talbot Financial Services, resulting in over $9,000,000 of individual Annuity Sales per year.

  • Vice President of Annuity Wholesaling in Western PA With Mellon Bank: Paula managed Annuity Production for 100 Insurance Licensed Bank Employees and Registered Representatives, resulting in over $35,000,000 in Fixed Annuity Sales per year.

  • Vice President and Regional Manager of Wholesaling With Mellon Bank Insurance Department: Paula was in charge of over 200 licensed Bank Associates Fixed Annuity Production resulting in approximately $140,000,000 in sales per year.

  • Vice President and Regional Wholesaler for Citizens Bank: Pittsburgh Region.

  • Vice President of Sales Development for Blue Vase Securities, LLC: where Paula implemented Bank Fixed Annuity Programs and Bank Referral and Sales Training Systems.
Paula Leppert has held the following licenses:
Series 6,7,24,26, and 63, from September 1993 thru December 2005.
Paula holds her Life Insurance License.
